Solution for normal calls are restricted by access control

Solution for normal calls are restricted by access control

Suddenly, I’ve experienced a failure in outgoing calls even though my account is in good standing. I can receive calls but making outgoing call is not possible. The situation remains same for more that 15 minutes. Initially, I thought it was due to my asus zenfone. Secondly, I thought it must be due a  bug in android. But being patience for 15 minutes proves clearly that the problem “Normal calls are restricted by access control” is due to network provider.normal calls are restricted by access control
I’m using Airtel and it happened due to network overload. If you ever experience this problem please stay clam for 5-15 minutes. The problem will be resolved automatically. If it takes a longer time then try contacting your network provider with the help of others.

You have saved me from throwing the phone into the river, tried to talk to Optus (service provider) no help! I can now visit their retail outlet and complain loud and long about their lack of service and inability to solve the problem. In passing my problem is excactly the same as yours, thanks for posting.

    regards
