How Akshaya Tritiya Affects rupee rate

Akshaya Tritiya 2016

Akshaya Tritiya (Akha Teej) is a holy day to buy new things or to start a new business/activity. But do you know how much it is affecting the Rupee rate. The concept is simple, when we import any goods, we’ve to pay the value of import in USD. Hence the Dollar reserves of our Nation get declined to a greater extend. Also, more we import more our currency value will fall. In recent days, most jewelers create a buzz about Akshaya tritiya. They’re exploiting the materialistic urge by influencing us to buy gold ornaments. The concept behind Akshaya Tritiya is never diminishing and the myth is, if you buy gold your wealth increases.

Friends, I’m not commenting anything wrong about our traditional system. I do respect it. But let us support our Nation little bit. It is very common that gold rate will increase on all Akshaya Tiritiya days hence our dollar reserves decline faster if we purchase gold on the day of Akshaya Tirutiya. Let us welcome Akshaya Tritiya 2016 by purchasing new products like Bike, Car, Table, Books etc which are made in India and try to avoid gold or at least buy gold in a lesser amount.

It is not a matter of one day. Gold, Petrol, Diesel are essential for us but unfortunately, we don’t have our own source to cater our needs. So we’ve to import it from other countries. Please think wise and prove that we are contributing something good to our nation. We’ve to compensate this loss by start using products created in India. More we export, more helps our Rupee rate to improve against USD. Share this post if you like.
